Dear Vudes and Tus (again),
I was a tad bit untruthful in my prior submission. I did know that the land mine was there, but I had a brain fart and forgot. I'm ashamed for my untruthfullness. I have failed my country and must partake in a samurai death. HAI. But in all seriousness, what am I obligated in?
Sincerely,
Daddy
Hey there Daddy,
I appreciate your honesty and strongly urge you against a samurai death. We don't really want your blood on our hands, so if you do choose a similar path as the elephant in your attached photo above, we would appreciate if you didn't tell us about it. With that said, let's get to your question. You would still be obligated to pay for the damages and exempt from the other 4 things. For Shabbas, you don't need to pay for that. When it comes to Galus, I'm sorry to say that you are obligated Bishogeg, because the word "accident" implies that you had knowledge of it, which you did. Again for the maid, the same debate applies.
You're always welcome Daddy,
Vudes and Tus
