I was reading your discussion with DestructiveMurderer27 and I noticed something. It seems to me that both the thrower of the object and the breaker of the object would be exempt because they can both use the other to exempt themselves. The thrower can easily say that there was a chance the object wouldn't break and therefore he can't possibly be responsible, while the breaker can say that it was for sure gonna break, so he can't possibly be responsible.
