My friend and I were simply joshing around like the hooligans we are and I accidentally stabbed him in the throat with a ballpoint pen. He's fine now, but he has one of those cool throat things that smokers have to use to talk. It's really sad, but I'm wondering how much I gotta pay back.

If what you told me is true, you only have to pay for the initial damages. Since you didn't hurt him on purpose, you don't have to pay for the other 4 things that we discussed in a previous post. You were just having some good- hearted fun. As the saying goes, "It's all fun and games until someone gets hurt". Well someone got hurt. Not so fun now right? Just kidding.
