Dear Vudes and Tus,

So I was driving my car and I saw this guy that I didn't like and I decided to hit him. He lost his leg in the "accident". Aside from the jail time I will be serving what am I liable to pay for?

Please get to me asap,

Maniacpsychopath27

So nice to hear from you Maniacpsychopath27,

In response to your question the team here at Vudes and Tus has concluded that you would be liable on five levels to repay this man. Firstly you would have to pay for the actual damages that you caused. Secondly, you would have to pay for the pain that you caused him. Also, you would have to repay him for the hospital bills and for the work that he missed due to his injury (see bottom of page for more on this). Lastly you would have to pay him for the embarrassment you may have put him through due to his injury.

Always glad to be at your service,

Vudes and Tus

*If he doesn't have a specialty trade you just pay him the minimum wage because you already payed for the value of his leg.

*The cost of the pain is based on how much $$$ another person would take to have the option of hav in a situation in which he was losing his leg as a punishment to have the option of losing it in a less painful method.
